Bridge House Clinic is a growing private multidisciplinary clinic located between Chester and Wrexham. We bring together experienced consultants and healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties, providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and modern environment.
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on Registered Nurse to become a key member of our team.
This is not a traditional nursing role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to be involved in every aspect of running a successful private clinic. You'll combine clinical nursing with patient coordination, administration and day-to-day clinic management, becoming an important part of our clinic's future growth.

Your responsibilities will include:Clinical
- Supporting consultants during outpatient clinics and minor procedures.
- Performing ECGs and venepuncture independently.
- Preparing treatment and consultation rooms.
- Maintaining infection prevention and clinical safety standards.
- Managing clinical stock, equipment and supplies.
- Delivering outstanding patient care throughout every patient journey.
Clinic Operations
- Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression.
- Managing appointments, telephone calls, emails and payments.
- Coordinating consultant clinics and ensuring sessions run efficiently.
- Supporting reception whenever required.
- Helping improve patient journeys and clinic processes.
- Assisting with marketing activities and helping the clinic continue to grow.
- Working closely with the Clinic Directors to support the day-to-day running of the business.
No two days are the same. Some days you'll spend most of your time supporting consultants clinically, while on others you'll focus on patient coordination, administration and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys both.
We'd love to meet someone who:
✔ Is a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
✔ Is confident performing ECGs and venepuncture independently.
✔ Has experience working in private healthcare, outpatient services or general practice.
✔ Is comfortable supporting consultants during clinics and procedures.
✔ Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
✔ Is confident using computer systems and learns new software quickly.
✔ Enjoys both patient-facing and administrative work.
✔ Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
✔ Is reliable, flexible and enjoys working in a small, supportive team.
It would be a bonus if you also have experience in:
- Aesthetic treatments (such as anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters or other injectable treatments).
- Ear wax removal (microsuction or irrigation).
- Health screening and medical assessments.
- Wound care and dressings.
- Health promotion and patient education.
These additional skills are not essential but would be a great advantage as we continue to expand our services.
Please note: This role requires previous experience. Applicants must already be confident performing ECGs and venepuncture independently, as training will not be provided.
