Job description: Skilled Hard Landscaper
- Job Type: Full-time Employment
- Working Week: 40–46 paid hours per week (Depending on location)
- Onsite Hours: Minimum 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
- Travel Time: Paid in addition to your 40 onsite working hours (typically up to 6 hours per week, depending on project location).
- Wage £15.50 per hr.
Example: A typical week of 46 working hours (including travel) would net a gross wage of £37,076.00

The Role
As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out high-quality hard landscaping works Independently or as part of a small team
- Setting out works accurately using drawings and specifications
- Delivering projects to a high standard, on time and to specification
- Liaising effectively with Team Leaders, Project Managers, and other trades
- Identifying and communicating any issues or concerns promptly
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards
- Complete weekly timesheets
- Representing the company professionally at all times on site
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, experienced landscapers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing, quality-driven company.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in landscaping
- Strong hard landscaping skills, including paving, brickwork, footings, and small retaining walls
- Ability to read technical drawings and set levels accurately
- Experience operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Good Health & Safety awareness (CSCS card desirable)
- Full UK driving license (towing license advantageous)
