Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffees, smoothies, and light snacks with precision and care.
- Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments efficiently using POS systems, and provide friendly service.
- Manage multiple tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and maintaining the café’s overall cleanliness.
- Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling ingredients and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Engage with customers warmly to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Practice effective time management during busy periods to keep service smooth and efficient.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making and beverage preparation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing drinks and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for working as part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
