Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Multi Trader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple trades across various construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in the construction industry.
Duties
- Coordinate and execute multiple trade activities on construction sites, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow
- Conduct site inspections to monitor safety compliance and quality standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Utilize industry-standard tools and software to track project milestones and report on performance
Skills
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role within the construction or related industries
- Strong knowledge of various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction practices
- Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Bloomberg terminals or similar financial services tools is a plus

Pay: £21.00-£23.00 per hour
