The Trend and Change Lead will work within the Programme Management Office on behalf of the Programme Partner, liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the programme, reporting to the Head of PMO.
Please Note: Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Development and strategic implementation of trend and change process across the programme under NEC form of contract.
- Assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement.
- Managing and supporting projects from commencement through to implementation.
- Analysing each project highlighting any areas of change to process and assess the change impact.
- Ensuring a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders.
- Establishing effective relationships and communicating/ presenting to key stakeholders in both project teams and wider client team.
- Engagement with other functions across the programme to establish a consisent programme controls framework i.e. engineering/ technical, schedule, cost, risk and opportunities.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience in consultancy/ similar environments that require a robust communication style, self-confidence and an energetic/ resilient approach to problem solving.
- Experience of delivering capital projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- A familiarity with construction delivery processes including procurement, town planning and budget management.
- High quality communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Degree-level education.
- Ideally a member of a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent.
- Experience of the education sector would be preferable although demonstratable relevant experience alongside a desire to learn will suffice.
