We are seeking a mature, professional Saleswoman with a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail sales to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm, professional approach and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver personalized service tailored to their needs.
- Offer expert product recommendations and confidently guide customers through their purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented to luxury retail expectations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold outstanding customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in luxury retail.
- A mature, confident, and professional approach to customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium store presentation.
