As a Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.
What you'll do:

Create a fantastic first impression by providing a warm, professional and friendly welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues.

Act as the first point of contact for the site, providing information and assistance to guests throughout their visit.

Answer incoming telephone calls, directing calls and taking accurate messages when required.

Manage general enquiries professionally, whether received in person, by telephone or by email.

Ensure visitors are directed to the correct person, meeting room or department.

Support visitor access and sign-in procedures, helping to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

Manage meeting room bookings, appointments and calendars, ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing and maintaining records.

Receive and coordinate post, mail and deliveries as required.

Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception and front-of-house area.

Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure visitors receive a smooth and professional experience.

Remain calm and professional during busy periods, confidently managing competing priorities.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Provide additional administrative and workplace support when reasonably required.
What you'll bring:

Previous experience within reception, administration, customer service or another customer-facing role.

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

A friendly, confident and professional approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
A confident and professional telephone manner.
-
Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at once.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, messages and records.

Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office or similar workplace systems.
-
The ability to remain calm, organised and approachable in a busy environment.

A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
-
The confidence to communicate effectively with visitors, clients and colleagues at all levels.

A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
