About Us
Sharp Sales Solutions Ltd are recruiting on behalf of Control Flow Technologies Group for experienced and customer-focused Water Efficiency Engineers (Plumbers) to support a major water-saving programme across residential and commercial properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working independently in the field while contributing to environmental sustainability and water conservation initiatives.
The Role
As a Water Efficiency Engineer, you will attend pre-booked appointments at household and non-household properties to install water-saving devices, carry out minor leak repairs, and provide practical water efficiency advice to customers.
You will represent the company professionally at all times while ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Install water-saving products at residential and commercial properties
- Carry out basic leak detection and minor plumbing repairs
- Provide customers with water efficiency advice and guidance
- Attend scheduled appointments and achieve installation targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Manage stock, tools, and daily workload effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service at every appointment
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and water regulations
- Support customer engagement activities where required
What We’re Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Plumbing Qualification – Minimum Level 2
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience carrying out plumbing maintenance or repair work
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
Desirable
- EUSR Water Hygiene Approval
- Previous water efficiency or utilities experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- DBS Check (can be arranged if required)
