We are seeking a highly organised and proactive personal assistant/ administrator to provide support in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency in various software. Prior knowledge in either and administrative or agricultural role would be beneficial but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls and written communication.
- Prepare reports and documents as requested.
- Assist with data entry tasks ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Support with general administrative duties.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to coordinate activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and deadlines to support staff priorities.
Requirements
- Administrative experience or previous office experience
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with good phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Driving licence as job position is NOT remote
