Are you passionate about specialty coffee and dedicated to crafting the perfect cup? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Dialing in espresso shots daily and adjusting grinder settings to ensure maximum flavor quality.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage items efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment by clearing and wiping down tables regularly.
- Handling side duties, including restocking milk/beans, managing inventory, and keeping the service area spotless.
- Providing warm, friendly customer service to our guests.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and latte art basics.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to jump into general shop tasks and table maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
