We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our commercial presence across East Anglia. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading agronomy and farm advisory businesses, trusted by farmers and growers for expert advice, quality products and dependable service.
The Role
You’ll develop new commercial and supply business across the region, through your own sales activity and by supporting colleagues, while building strong, lasting relationships with existing clients. Working closely with both regional and centralised teams, you’ll play a key role in the region’s ongoing success — sharing market intelligence, spotting new opportunities, and helping the wider team grow.
About You
The successful candidate will have –
- A proven track record in agricultural sales, account management or business development.
- A relationship-focused approach, balanced with strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The drive and integrity to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
- An established network of contacts across East Anglia (desirable).
- BASIS/FACTS qualifications (desirable).
