JOIN THE COAST 2 COUNTRY CLEANING TEAM! - WEEKEND WORKING POSITION
Coast 2 Country Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our growing team in Wareham, Dorset.
Situated amongst beautiful scenery, quiet location where birds, squirrels and even roaming cattle can be seen, this is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking weekend work with a supportive company that values teamwork, professionalism, and high standards. Whether you have previous commercial cleaning experience or are looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you. Full in-house training is provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitising.
- Clean and maintain kitchens, washrooms, offices, and communal areas.
- Ensure high-touch points are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Replenish consumables and maintain stock levels where required.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to consistently achieve high cleaning standards.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, professional attitude
- Punctual and dependable
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

WORKING HOURS:
4 hours per week
