About This Role
We're looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our bank team, providing flexible support to a gentleman in his 50s who lives at home with his family in Leicester. This is a bank/ad hoc role, so we're seeking individuals who can offer flexibility to help cover shifts as required.
Our client enjoys spending time on his computer, getting out into the community, visiting the theatre, and following his favourite football team. He values maintaining his independence and enjoys having support from carers who are enthusiastic, engaging, and person-centred.
Working as part of a dedicated 2:1 care team, you'll provide personal care, assist with moving and handling, and support his clinical needs. During daytime shifts, you'll help him access the community, take part in the activities he enjoys, and promote his independence.
Evening shifts focus on providing compassionate support with his care routine, ensuring he's comfortable, safe, and settled for the night.
If you're adaptable, dependable, and looking for a rewarding bank role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
