PLM Windchill Developer (SC Cleared)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PLM Windchill Developer with active SC Clearance to join our client in Stevenage. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, configuring, and supporting PTC Windchill PLM solutions that support engineering and product lifecycle management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
- Configure workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and Windchill modules.
- Develop using Java, J2EE, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info*Engine.
- Integrate Windchill with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver robust PLM solutions.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with PTC Windchill PLM development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and Windchill APIs.
- Experience with Info*Engine, Workflows, Lifecycles, and Business Rules.
- Knowledge of Windchill integrations with ERP/CAD systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Creo, PDMLink, or MPMLink.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Windchill upgrades and migrations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory.
- This is a UK-based role in Stevenage (Hybrid).
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK with a valid visa or unrestricted work authorization.
