Job Advert
Regenerus is shaping the future of personalised healthcare, giving healthcare practitioners access to diagnostic testing, technology, education and clinical support to help them deliver more informed, evidence-based care.
With more than 150 tests available and significant investment supporting our next phase of growth, it’s an exciting time to join us. As we continue to grow in the UK and expand across Europe and the US, we’re strengthening the systems, governance and infrastructure that will support that growth.
We’re looking for someone to take a hands-on role across compliance, data protection and information governance, helping ensure our policies, processes and controls evolve with the business.
Compliance can mean very different things in different organisations. At Regenerus, you’ll work across a varied remit spanning data protection, information governance, regulatory readiness, internal controls, supplier compliance and quality.
Working closely with our Operations Director, external Data Protection Officer, and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure our approach to compliance is practical, robust, and audit-ready.
Your role will include:
-
Supporting UK GDPR and data protection requirements, including policies, privacy notices, DPIAs, DSARs, retention and Records of Processing Activities
-
Supporting the management of data incidents and breaches and working closely with our external DPO
-
Maintaining effective information governance and accurate, audit-ready compliance records
-
Carrying out internal compliance checks, identifying gaps and tracking actions through to completion
-
Supporting supplier due diligence and data-processing requirements
-
Helping develop and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls
-
Supporting regulatory and quality readiness, including relevant healthcare, CQC and medical-device requirements
-
Helping colleagues understand their compliance responsibilities through clear guidance and training
-
Providing compliance updates and reporting to senior management
You’ll already have experience within compliance, governance, regulatory, quality or risk, with hands-on involvement across a range of compliance activities.
We’d particularly like to hear from you if your experience includes some of the following:
-
UK GDPR, privacy or data protection
-
Information governance
-
Internal compliance monitoring or audit
-
Policies, controls and regulatory requirements
-
Quality or regulatory compliance
-
Supplier or third-party compliance
-
Regulatory change or readiness
Experience within healthcare, health-tech, medical devices, diagnostics, laboratories or another highly regulated environment would be particularly valuable.
You’ll be organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with the confidence to work independently and the communication skills to make compliance requirements clear and practical for others.
A relevant compliance, governance, data protection or regulatory qualification would be welcome but isn’t essential.
You’ll be joining at an important stage in our growth, with the opportunity to develop experience across an unusually broad compliance remit and play a meaningful part in building the frameworks that will support Regenerus as we scale internationally.
If you enjoy getting into the detail, asking the right questions and helping a business find practical ways to do things properly, we’d love to hear from you.
