Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Woman/Maintenance professional on an ad hoc self employed basis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of a number of rental properties across the BCP and wider area. Your expertise will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all tenants.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on properties
- Conduct repairs involving minor plumbing, redecoration, minor electrical repairs (lights sockets etc , carpentry, and general maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety checks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Skills
- Experience in property maintenance
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment.
