About the Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day warehouse operations that enable Rosemont to serve patients and healthcare providers around the world. You’ll ensure that stock is stored correctly, orders are picked and dispatched efficiently, and our warehouse environment remains safe, compliant, and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to required standards.
- Store stock accurately and maintain inventory locations.
- Support stock checks and inventory control processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks, scanners, and FLT (if licensed).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, and SOP requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good level of education (GCSEs or equivalent).
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach) or willingness to train.
- Understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.
- Ability to work well in a team, with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to following procedures.
