We're seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Perth office, working closely with Partners Alen Sinanovic and Cindy Tucker.

What you'll do
You'll step into a well-established practice with a strong pipeline of work, including:

Professional indemnity and financial lines claims

Regulatory investigations and compliance issues

Civil litigation and dispute resolution

Healthcare, medical negligence and injury liability claims

Employment liability matters, workplace complaints and investigations
-
Advice and disputes involving insurers, government bodies, healthcare providers, local government and commercial organisations
What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have experience in one or more of the following:

Healthcare, medical negligence or injury liability
-
Financial lines or insurance disputes
-
Employment liability or workplace investigations
-
Regulatory and compliance work
