The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, guest-focused Hotel Duty Manager to support and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all F&B departments during your shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling any queries, complaints, or special requests.
- Lead by example, motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws.
- Support the General Manager and Heads of Department with operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service across the hotel.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities and a hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
