AS SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT MANAGER YOU WILL…
You'll lead the social media and content strategy across our portfolio of venues, creating engaging content that grows audiences, increases brand awareness and ultimately drives bookings.
Working closely with our wider marketing team, general managers and chefs, you'll produce high-quality, platform-first content that showcases everything from food and drink to weddings, events and overnight stays.
You'll balance long-term planning with the agility to capture authentic moments as they happen, ensuring our brands remain relevant, engaging and culturally connected.
ALSO…
It takes a mixture of ingredients to make the perfect dish, and our teams are no different.
You'll have key responsibilities that include:
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photo and video content across our venues.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories and photography.
- Edit content using mobile and Adobe Creative Suite/CapCut or similar editing software.
- Identify trending formats, sounds and creative opportunities relevant to our brands.
- Build a library of evergreen content across all venues.
Social Media Management
- Own the social media calendars across multiple hospitality brands.
- Schedule, publish and optimise content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn where appropriate.
- Write engaging captions that reflect each venue's personality and tone of voice.
- Monitor engagement and proactively manage community interactions.
- Identify opportunities to grow audiences organically.
Strategy
- Develop monthly content plans aligned to marketing campaigns, seasonal moments and commercial objectives.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to support venue launches, menu launches, weddings, hotel campaigns and events.
- Analyse performance and produce monthly reporting with recommendations.
- Stay ahead of hospitality, food and social media trends.
Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with General Managers, Head Chefs and venue teams.
- Encourage user-generated content and staff participation.
- Brief photographers, videographers and influencers where required.
- Support paid social campaigns with creative assets.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, creative and full of ideas.
You'll be equally comfortable planning a month's worth of content as you are grabbing your phone to capture an unexpected moment that everyone else missed.
You'll understand what makes people stop scrolling, know how to tell stories visually, and appreciate that the best hospitality marketing often comes from authentic moments rather than polished adverts.
