Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market segments, partnership opportunities, and potential revenue streams.
- Establish strategic alliances and negotiate partnerships to support business expansion.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee the commercial aspects of client agreements.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth targets.
- Manage and mentor business development executives and sales team members, providing coaching and performance guidance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement retention strategies to strengthen client loyalty.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new business ventures and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and present business performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful on boarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Support the development and improvement of business processes, sales methodologies, and customer engagement strategies.
- Act as a key ambassador for the company, strengthening its reputation and presence within the industry.
Requirements
· Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
· Experience in managing key client relationships and handling high-value commercial negotiations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends and business data.
· Experience in preparing business cases, strategic plans, and commercial proposals.
· Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives.
· Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
Pay: £46,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
