We now have an opportunity for a Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager is accountable for the shop floor, ensuring an efficient solution is produced to the required standard, margins, and within production schedules. The Production Manager partners closely with other teams in the group – Projects, Sales, Design, GRP, Finance, QHSE and HR. A primary role is to lead, coach and develop the Foreman and Supervisors who report into this job holder. Both operational and strategic, this role is critical for the delivery of products.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:
- Lead production meetings and complete any follow-up actions
- Ensure production planning is satisfactory for all parties so financial targets are met
- Lead weekly Group meetings with Fabs and GRP Production to ensure collaboration, timelines are achieved and accuracy of equipment
- Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback and support professional growth of teams
- Manage the end-to-end and day to day production from handover to completion
- Attend project handover meetings
- Ensure resource, client CFATs and snags are organised accordingly
- Ensure the product is ready for installation, liaising with the Project team
- Ensure job packs are completed and distributed
- Identify resource management and manage accordingly
- Ensure asbuilts and lessons learned are conducted with the Design team
