Care Assistant – Maidenhead – Driver Required
£13.80–£15.00 per hour weekdays | £14.80–£16.00 per hour weekends

Help people in Maidenhead and surrounding areas remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Join Trinity Homecare as a visiting Care Assistant, providing personal care, practical support and companionship.
Previous professional care experience is welcome but isn’t essential. We provide induction, training and ongoing support.
Before you apply
You must hold a valid driving licence permitting you to drive in the UK and have access to your own vehicle.
You must already have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
Hours are not guaranteed. Available work depends on client needs and how your availability matches the care required.
Appointment is subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
Your availability and working area
We’re looking for carers available on weekday mornings and/or evenings, plus alternate weekends.
You’ll visit clients in Maidenhead and surrounding areas. You must be confident driving between clients and comfortable travelling beyond the town itself where care is needed.
We’ll discuss your availability, weekend commitments, current care needs and the travel involved during recruitment.
What you’ll do
You’ll follow each client’s individual care plan, supporting their choices and treating them with dignity and respect.
Most clients require personal care. Your duties may include:
Helping with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care.
Supporting clients to get up, prepare for their day and settle into bed.
Helping with mobility and using moving and handling equipment in line with training and care plans.
Preparing meals and supporting clients with eating where needed.
Supporting prescribed medication in line with training, company procedures and care plans.
Providing companionship and helping clients enjoy hobbies and activities.
Shopping, light cleaning, laundry and other household tasks.
Accompanying or driving clients to appointments and activities.
You’ll also maintain accurate care and medication records, report changes or concerns promptly to the care team, and keep your required training up to date.

Your pay and benefits
Weekdays: £13.80–£15.00 per hour.
Weekends: £14.80–£16.00 per hour.
Travel time between clients: paid at £13.80 per hour.
Mileage paid between client visits.
Full induction, ongoing training and development.
Free DBS check and uniform.
28 days’ annual leave, pro rata.
