K4 Security Services is recruiting SIA Door Supervisors and Event Stewards to join our growing team and support a range of events, venues and security assignments.
We are looking for reliable, professional and approachable people who take pride in keeping others safe while delivering excellent customer service.
The role may include:
Welcoming and supervising customer arrivals
Screening and searching individuals where required
Managing entry and exit points
Supporting crowd management and public safety
Carrying out identification and ticket checks
Conducting regular, highly visible patrols
Securing doors, gates and restricted areas
Helping protect people, property and premises from damage, theft and other risks
Responding professionally to incidents and following site procedures
What we’re looking for:
For Door Supervisor roles, you will need a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
For all roles, we are looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional and presentable
- Confident communicating with members of the public
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Flexible about working evenings, weekends and event-based shifts
- Calm and responsible in busy environments
K4 provides security at a wide range of events, venues and sites, giving team members the opportunity to gain experience across different types of assignments.
