Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. Duties include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting clients with medication.
- Assisting with moving and handling using appropriate equipment.
- Providing domestic support, including light household tasks.
- Driving between clients' homes throughout your shift.
- Taking clients to appointments where required.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Promoting independence while delivering outstanding person-centred care.
Working Hours
We offer flexible working patterns, including:
- Morning visits
- Lunchtime visits
- Evening/bedtime visits
- Flexible daytime hours
- Alternate weekends are required
What We Offer
Contracts available
Get paid every other week
Paid travel time between every client
50p per mile mileage supplement between calls
Free MOT once you've successfully passed your probation
