We are delighted to announce we are looking for an Assistant Art Teacher to teach an Art Club after school club. Here are the details:
Dates: Thursday 3rd September 2026 - Thursday 17th December 2026 ( You must be available every Thursday).
Time: 3:20pm-5:35pm
Arrival time: 3:15pm to set up
School: Fielding Primary School, Wyndham Road, London, W13 9TE
Pay: £30.00
Your Role:
To assist the lead teacher with the delivery of the art classes. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- helping set up the classroom
- taking the register
- collecting children from the classroom
- setting up with activities and materials for the art class
- offering teaching assistance to the children with the activities
- behavior management and classroom management
- help cleaning up at the end of each class
- making sure The School House has been left clean and tidy before leaving.
- Stock take of paints and resources needed and send into the whatsapp groups
- And any other duties that are necessary for the delivery of the art classes.
You must have experience working with children and bring enthusiasm to the lessons and actively engage with the children. There is ongoing the opportunity to carry on this role in the in the following terms.
Brief Lesson Plans will be provided and Materials supplied. You will also be based with an Lead teacher.
