Field Manager: Team Leader Hands On Supervisor
We are looking for a driven, motivated person to join our growing team ideally living within 1 hour of HG3 1EQ.
The field management position is an onsite position working nationwide across the UK, based on industrial/commercial cleaning projects, working with and managing teams of typically six to fifteen operatives to job completion. Ideally suited to someone who has construction related management experience or someone who is looking to move up to a management position after working in a trade related industry.
The role of a Field Manager is to oversee and complete site based field works on clients sites across the UK. As a Field Manager you are expected to liaise with the client on behalf of the company in professional and timely manner to make them aware of any changes to the planned works and also maintain a good working relationship with them while works are ongoing. Alongside this you are expected to manage the overall safety and welfare of the staff working alongside you within the field as well as managing and maintaining company equipment. You are expected to oversee sites works by leading the team to the best practical completion of the task however also get involved in physical works where necessary to uplift productivity.
Contract Type: Full - Time
Working Hours: 37.5 - 60 hours per week (including travel)
Minimum Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Travel paid at full rate
Subsistence: Paid for overnight stays - Role requires nights away
Pay Scale: £16.50 – £17.75 per hour (£32,175 - £34,613 per annum 37.5Hrs minimum, based on experience and progression)
OTE Range: £51,480 - £55,380 (60 Hrs weeks)

- IPAF, PASMA. SSSTS Required
