NO UNIFORM is an award-winning British uniform design company founded in 2002 by designer Nicholas Oakwell. We specialise in creating bespoke uniforms for the luxury hospitality industry.
As our international client base continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Fashion Production Coordinator to join our close-knit team.
Job Purpose
Working closely with the Production Manager, Garment Technologist and wider production team, you will help ensure that garments and accessories are produced and delivered on schedule, within budget and to NO UNIFORM’s exacting quality standards.
As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of production activity, support junior colleagues and collaborate across departments. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering broad exposure to garment production, supplier management and new manufacturer sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage products from development handover through production and final delivery.
- Create, coordinate and monitor factory production orders.
- Maintain critical paths, communicate priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Order raw materials and monitor their timely delivery.
- Build and manage strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Liaise and negotiate with factories regarding pricing, lead times, capacity and delivery.
- Support the Production Manager with budgets, product costs and project-spend tracking.
- Plan the effective use of time, resources and team capacity.
- Prepare and check docket orders, purchase documentation and invoices.
- Work closely with the Garment Technologist to implement garment amendments and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate quality-control activity with the Garment Technologist and factories.
- Receive and check stock against packing lists, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond quickly and practically to production issues, delays and changing priorities.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Product Development, Technical and Production teams.
- Manage multiple projects, repeat orders and ongoing client requirements simultaneously.
- Support and guide junior team members, including Production Assistants and runners.
- Research and evaluate prospective manufacturers and suppliers.
- Provide administrative and practical support across the production process.
- Undertake other production-related projects and duties as directed by the line manager.
About You
You will have:
- A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in fashion or garment production.
- Experience managing the complete production critical path and delivering projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, raw materials and quality control.
- Proven experience managing factory, supplier and vendor relationships.
- The ability to prepare clear briefs and use strong supplier relationships to meet business demands.
- Experience managing several projects and repeat orders concurrently.
- Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of product costing and production budgets.
- The ability to balance creative requirements with commercial considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and close attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills; experience using Zedonk is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum.

Working Environment
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with occasional flexibility required.
- This is an office-based position.
- Our office is approximately five minutes’ walk from Old Street Underground Station.
Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
