The Role:
Help our people make the most of technology
St Wilfrid's Hospice is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused IT Support & Digital Services Coordinator to join our Workforce, Digital Transformation and IT team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems and making technology easier for people to use.
You'll be the first point of contact for routine IT support, helping staff and volunteers with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, telephony, meeting room technology and day-to-day digital queries. You'll also support ticket management, account administration and digital induction for new starters.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line IT and digital support.
- Managing and updating support tickets.
- Assisting with password resets and user accounts.
- Supporting colleagues with Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Helping staff navigate file structures and digital ways of working.
- Supporting meeting room technology, telephony and hybrid working.
- Assisting with IT equipment and new starter set-up.
About you
You'll have:
- Experience in IT support, digital support or a customer service environment.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A practical and patient approach to problem solving.
- The ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
