Responsibilities
- Rent a dedicated chair or treatment room within the salon to provide personalized beauty services to clients.
- Deliver high-quality treatments such as haircuts, styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, tattoo,piercing,makeup application, and skincare services.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent customer service, communication skills, and personalized attention.
- Manage your appointment schedule efficiently, maximizing client retention and upselling additional services or retail products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with salon management on promotional activities and client engagement strategies to grow your clientele.
- Mentor junior team members when appropriate, sharing expertise in techniques like eyelash extensions or makeup application to elevate overall service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in store management or running your own beauty business is advantageous.
- Skilled in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other specialized beauty treatments.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries professionally.
