Working alongside our experienced solicitors, you will assist with a varied caseload, provide excellent client care and play an important role in delivering an efficient and professional service.
Location: Fakenham, Holt, King’s Lynn, Swaffham or Norwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time
The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting solicitors with the management of client matters from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, third parties and other professionals.
- Undertaking legal research.
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records using our case management system.
- Preparing documentation and bundles.
- Supporting fee earners with administrative and case progression tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Paralegal or have previous experience working in a legal environment.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines.
- Be proactive, adaptable and a strong team player.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Experience within any area of law will be considered, and we are keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in areas such as Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Family, Litigation, Employment, Agriculture or Corporate & Commercial.
