The Artisan Baker is an award winning bakery based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. (Recently awarded the Times no.1 place to live in the UK!)
This opportunity as an Artisan Baker is to join a passionate, food loving team, whose number one aim is to provide delicious pastries, sourdoughs, speciality bread and other baked goods. You'll not only join a fun team but other benefits include free meals, snacks, coffee, socials and more!
The Role:
In this role you will take responsibility for
- 5x8 Hour shifts
- producing artisan bread pastries and other baked goods, on a shift basis, for sale at our
coffee shops and market stall.
- ensuring stock is checked and reported on, orders are made.
- keeping a clean and tidy workspace and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next bake.
You will report into the Head Baker & Operations Manager.
This role is 40 hours a week, £14-£15 depend on experience.
You:
You will have extensive bakery experience, having worked with bread doughs and pastries, mixing shaping and baking bread, throughout your career.
You will be a food lover, passionate and knowledgeable about food.
You will have a hardworking attitude.
You will be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
