Are you enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about making a real difference to the lives of older people? We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and creative Activity Coordinator to join our dedicated team and help create meaningful, enjoyable, and engaging experiences for our residents.
Full-Time Position
- 4–5 days per week
- 10:00am – 5:00pm
Part-Time Position
- Hours can be discussed
Flexible opportunities available:
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
About the Role
As an Activity Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of fun and meaningful activities.
- Encourage residents to participate according to their interests and abilities.
- Promote physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Organise outings, themed events, entertainment, and one-to-one activities.
- Help create a warm, vibrant, and engaging atmosphere within our home.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
- Positive, enthusiastic, and compassionate.
- Energetic with a proactive attitude.
- Confident in motivating and engaging older people, including those living with dementia.
- Creative, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A great communicator with a caring nature.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in an activities or care setting is desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate who has the enthusiasm and passion to learn.
