As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an Project Delivery Manager who thrives on bringing people, projects and opportunities together.
About the Role
This is not a traditional project management role.
As our Project Delivery Manager, you will be the engine behind successful project delivery, exceptional client experience and future business growth. You'll be the link between our clients, ecologists and leadership team, ensuring projects move smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
You'll know what's happening across every project, anticipate challenges before they become problems, coordinate resources effectively and build trusted relationships with clients who value your proactive approach.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading Project Delivery
- Managing ecological projects from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
- Planning programmes and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and efficiencies before they impact delivery.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate project records.
- Ensuring clear communication between clients, survey teams and business leaders.
Creating Exceptional Client Experiences
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Building strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication.
- Providing regular project updates to internal and external partners and managing expectations.
- Attending client meetings and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Becoming a true ambassador for the enims brand and values.
Coordinating People and Resources
- Planning staff workloads and survey schedules effectively.
- Coordinating ecological survey teams and field operations.
- Working closely with the ecology team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Driving Commercial Success
- Monitoring budgets, profitability and project performance.
- Supporting invoicing and commercial processes.
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and future work.
- Helping build and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Supporting Safe and Efficient Operations
- Ensuring project logistics, equipment and planning requirements are in place before work begins in collaboration with enims office and culture manager.
- Supporting compliance with Health & Safety and client requirements.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Contributing to Business Growth
- Providing regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Giving visibility of project performance, resource requirements, risks and opportunities.
- Helping shape the future growth and success of enims.

- Experience in project management, operational delivery or resource planning.
- Knowledge of ecological consultancy or ecological survey programmes.
- Experience managing project budgets and utilisation.
- Working within environmental consultancy, ecology, construction or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
