Job Overview
Seeking a trainee car sales man. previous sales experience and ability to communicate easily with the general public is a must. If you are a car nut and looking for a way to get into the industry this could be the way. A minimum of high grade maths and english GCSE resuts required.
On the job training will be given introducing all aspects of buying and financing vehicles, negotiating with customers, valuing part exchanges, computer systems, advertising, web site uploading, amongst many others

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle preferences and requirements.
- Conduct thorough demonstrations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including new models, features, and market trends.
- Utilise CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress effectively.

- Follow up with potential customers via phone or email to nurture leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all vehicles are presented in excellent condition
Pay: £15,000.00-£61,429.81 per year
