Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress throughout the study, including vital signs, medication adherence, and adverse event reporting.
- Collect, record, and manage data accurately using specialized data management systems and statistical software.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by maintaining meticulous documentation and assisting with audits.
- Support clinical staff by performing phlebotomy procedures and patient monitoring as needed.
- Collaborate with investigators and team members to ensure timely completion of study milestones and reporting.
Experience
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with FDA regulations governing clinical trials.
- Proficiency in data management tools and statistical software used for analysis purposes.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or volunteers is a plus.
- Background in nursing or related healthcare fields such as phlebotomy enhances your candidacy.
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance management within clinical environments is advantageous.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
