We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly Qualified Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent care and eager to take on a varied and dynamic role within our dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide an exceptional patient experience and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
As a Dental Nurse, you will provide essential support to dentists and the wider dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. Your role will involve preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and infection control within the practice.
Treatment Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
- Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, patient follow-ups, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and support for patient care.
Qualifications:
- Dental Nurse certification - GDC Registration
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a patient-centered mindset.
- Proficient in handling administrative responsibilities.

- Assisting the clinicians for treatments.
- Preparing materials and equipment for each procedure
- Providing outstanding patient care and communication
- Recording treatment details onto records
- Being ready and involved with social media
- Communicating with both patients and team regarding patient treatment coordinating for an excellent patient journey.
