The Opportunity
We are recruiting experienced Caseworkers / Fee Earners across:
Immigration Law(UKVI applications, appeals, nationality, PBS routes)
Family Law (divorce,financial orders, domestic violence, child arrangements)
Landlord & Tenant / Housing Law (possession claims, tenancy disputes, rent arrears)
You will independently manage your own caseload and benefit from a
fast‑growing, tech‑enabled legal practice with strong client demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress your own caseload across Immigration, Family,
- or Housing matters.
- Conduct detailed client consultations and deliver clear, practical
legal adviceDraft legal documents, witness statements, applications, andinstructions to counselEnsure compliance with UKVI, Family Court, and Housing regulationsMaintain excellent client care, communication, and transparentbilling practices
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years independently running a legal caseload
- Qualified Solicitor,CILEX, IAA Level 2/3 or experienced Fee EarnerStrong knowledge of UKVI rules, Family Law, and Housing legislation
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to bring or generate your own cases
- Valid UK work statusand regulated by a recognised regulatory body (SRA / CILEX /OISC)
