We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager to join our HR team in Leavesden.
What you'll do:
- Take responsibility for fair and compliant recruitment practices being upheld across your operating unit, enabling function, department and/or capability area.
- You will be the primary source of contact for those business areas and, attendance to site offices across the UK is expected at least 3 days per week.
- You will support Hiring Managers through the recruitment gateways ensuring the best candidate is recruited.
- You will support Inclusion and diversity through using a mix of sourcing tools relevant to the role and project.
- You will work with OU/EF Operational Teams, HR Operations teams and Recruitment to deliver the right candidates.
- You will contribute to an excellent candidate experience for both internal and external applications.
- You will work to the recruitment time scales and look to enhance these through engagement and forward planning
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience within a in house recruitment role
- Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process
- Planning and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and co-operation
- Good Microsoft office and systems skills
