What You'll Be Doing:
✓ Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing as their Key Person.
✓ Planning exciting, play-based activities that inspire children every day.
✓ Creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where children can flourish.
✓ Building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
✓ Following the EYFS framework while maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
What We're Looking For:
✓ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
✓ A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
✓ Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
✓ A friendly, positive and caring approach.
✓ A team player with excellent communication skills.
