Sales - Driving business growth by making outbound calls, speaking exclusively to warm pre-qualified leads identifying customer needs and recommending tailored products and services.
Customer Service - First point of contact for our valued customers, delivering friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support.
Customer Experience - Helping customers stay connected by supporting contract renewals, resolving broadband issues, and recommending the most suitable packages and services.
Finance - Support the monthly reconciliation process for supplier invoices, balance sheet reconciliations, escalate challenges and drive process improvement throughout the business.
Credit Control - Helping customers manage their accounts and take payments, providing ongoing support whether they have a payment question, need help with their account, or want to explore what else we can offer them.
