Essential Experience
Applicants must have previous experience in property management or a closely related field. This is an essential requirement for the role, as you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with owners, and ensuring our high operational standards are consistently delivered.
Experience in sales or business development is also desirable, as the role will involve identifying opportunities to drive revenue through B2B partnerships, local business relationships, and other strategic collaborations that support the growth of both our clients' properties and the wider business.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing holiday let portfolio. You’ll be responsible for making sure our properties are always guest-ready, well-maintained, and fully compliant with all safety regulations.
Guest experience and client relationships are at the heart of this role. You’ll manage bookings, coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams, and keep a close eye on the details that elevate a good stay into a great one.
You’ll also support the onboarding of new properties, contribute to the creation of our video guest guidebook, and help develop internal systems as we scale.
Role Overview:
The Property Manager plays a key part in the smooth running of Juniper’s operations. Your mission: keep everything moving — from maintenance and compliance to guest satisfaction and team coordination.
You’ll be the go-to person for:
- Booking system oversight
- Guest communications
- Maintenance scheduling
- Safety compliance and licensing
- Content support and onboarding for new properties
What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communicator with a people-first approach
· Comfortable with tech platforms (e.g., Guest Platform Manager) Desired: Xero
· Previous experience in property, hospitality, or operations
· Social media/content creation experience is a plus
· Driving licence and car required
