We’re looking for a passionate Lash & Brow Artist to join our growing team. Whether you’re newly qualified with a basic understanding of brow waxing, tinting and lash lifting, or you’re an experienced therapist looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality lash and brow treatments.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and professional standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and presentable.
- Supporting the growth of the business through professionalism and excellent customer care.
- Assisting with salon content creation and social media when required.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, honest and professional.
- Has a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is eager to learn and continuously develop their skills.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply having a job.
Essential
- A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent), or currently qualified in relevant beauty treatments.
- Basic knowledge of eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting and lash lifting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience in lash extensions.
- Brow lamination experience.
- Previous salon experience.
- Confidence creating social media content.
