Overview
All Renewable Energy Ltd is a well-established local company that has been operating in the small-scale renewable energy sector since 2010. We were the first company in Perth to achieve MCS accreditation for Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps, and Biomass systems.
With over 16 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, we have developed extensive expertise across a wide range of environmentally friendly technologies. We currently specialise in Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging solutions, and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs).
By joining us, you will become part of a knowledgeable, supportive team with a strong reputation in the renewable energy industry. Our extensive experience and technical expertise set us apart from the competition.
At All Renewable Energy, we're looking for an experienced Installation Foreman to lead the on-site delivery of our renewable energy installations across Central Scotland. This is a field-based supervisory role where you'll combine practical installation work with team leadership, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You'll oversee the installation of Solar PV systems (including battery storage), Air Source Heat Pumps, Underfloor Heating and Central Heating systems while supporting and coordinating a team of plumbers, electricians and roofers. Working closely with the Operations, Scheduling and Sales teams, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers from the first day on site through to project completion.
As the senior person on site, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of installations, maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and productivity. You'll also oversee company vehicles, tools, equipment, the installation container and storage yard, ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver each project successfully.
Every installation reflects the All Renewable Energy brand, so we're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates confidently with customers and colleagues, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional workmanship.

- Acting as the primary on-site contact for customers, site managers and other stakeholders, building confidence through clear communication and a professional approach.
- Planning and coordinating daily site activities, allocating tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within scope.
- Maintaining responsibility for company vehicles, tools, equipment, the installation container and storage yard, ensuring everything is organised, well maintained and ready for the next project.
- Completing accurate installation records, photographs, commissioning documentation and sign-offs, while identifying any variations or opportunities that should be communicated back to the business.
- Working closely with the Operations, Scheduling, Commercial and Sales teams to provide updates, resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer journey from installation through to completion.
- Leading by example, promoting a strong culture of health & safety, quality workmanship, teamwork and continuous improvement across every installation.

- A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Confident using hand and power tools and carrying out practical installation work.
- Ability to read technical drawings, measure accurately and work to a high standard of finish.
