Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail
- Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding to complete projects efficiently
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored decorating solutions
- Maintain a safe work environment by following health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrival and departure
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear client interactions and team collaboration
- Valid driving license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely on various sites
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to painting and decorating work environments
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and finishing quality
- Good physical stamina for working at heights, lifting materials, and performing manual tasks efficiently
Pay: £130.00-£150.00 per day
