We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher to join our educational team, specialising in working with children and individuals with disabilities. Duties
- Deliver engaging and personalised lessons tailored to the needs of children and individuals with disabilities, including those requiring special education support
- Support learners’ development through specialised teaching methods, including tutoring and one-on-one instruction
- Assist with toddler care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the youngest learners
- Develop customised lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student progress and behavioural observations
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and social skills
- Support behavioural management strategies in line with organisational policies
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children, including toddlers, or individuals with disabilities
- Strong background or specialised training in special education or related fields
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs
- Experience in tutoring or providing personalised educational support is highly desirable
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to fostering positive learning experiences
- Relevant qualifications in education or teaching are preferred but not mandatory if complemented by practical experience
