About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator (Client Care Coordinator) to join our busy and collaborative Land and Real Estate team in either our North Herts or Cambridge office. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a strong organisational ability to support a wide range of legal and operational activities. In this varied position, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with internal legal advisers, clients, and colleagues across the wider business.
Due to the location of our North Herts office, own transport is necessary.
What this role would include:
- Providing proactive, high-quality administrative support to the Land and Real Estate team.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring a consistent, client-focused service for both clients and legal advisers.
- Reviewing, amending and formatting letters and documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Preparing and compiling confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of legal advisers.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Supporting additional administrative functions such as scanning, filing and document management for the team.
