Working at the Cumberland means becoming part of something special.
We’re a mutual organisation with a strong purpose. Whether that’s helping someone buy their first home, supporting businesses to grow or investing in the communities we serve, everything we do starts with people.

If you’re excited by creating content that makes people stop scrolling and helps build one of the UK’s most distinctive financial services brands, we’d love to hear from you.
