We're looking for an organised, commercially minded leader who enjoys balancing great customer experiences with strong operational performance. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the café, manage costs and stock, improve processes, and inspire your team to deliver consistently high standards.

Days / Hours : Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week including alternate weekends (Some flex up in peak periods)
Salary : From £30,000 per year, depending on experience
