The role
You will be acting as a key liaison between sales, procurement, and operations, helping to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Regular customer engagement is part of the role, including following up on expected orders, firm enquiries and converting quotations into sales.
By supporting the sales team and coordinating with internal departments, the Sales Support colleague plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The role is based on site Monday to Friday at our Nottingham location NG6 8YP.
The person
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
The ability to manage high-volume workloads.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident engagement with both customers and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/order processing systems.
Solid understanding of sales administration, customer service, and order processing workflows.
